Water getting inside the tailgate
I have a 99 4.6 HSE and each time it s raining I have to remove water from the tailgate. I have replace the seal (the big one)... but water still get inside andfill upwhere the replacement whell is place. Is someone as encounter this problem yet and what should I do .

Seems to be a common problem. Lake Rover back there....
The odd thing for me at least...is that if I leave the spare tire compartment closed, it seals it nicely...And the carpet is not getting wet, yet the well still fills up. Does anyone know if a drain tube runs near the rear floor?
