Default How in the world do I remove this clip

My crank sensor failed this morning got the sensor out but how In the heck do I remove this electrical clip from the sensor I'm stuck I pulled the ehaust down about 3 inches tried from the top forget it

Any help

its in a metal retaining thing... If you push it left or right and not pull it, it should slide out of the clip then you can unplug it.

I got it with a flat screw driver finally after 2 hours just tight to get up there
