As I said, it may indeed be equivalent to somebody like my father avoiding power windows because "when they break you're screwed"- I don't know. There's nothing "interesting" about it.

My negative disposition toward the system is only brewed from an unfamiliarity- I simply know nothing about it, hence this thread.

 

I use the maps function on my iPhone. Works pretty well for me. Only thing it doesn't do is "hey dumbass, turn right".

 

I actually wish my truck had ACE. I've heard it helps with cornering at highway speeds, and even if it does fail, unlike power windows, you're not screwed. It basically just becomes what a normal Disco 2 is everyday, or so I have been lead to believe.
