all the linkage needs to be replaced. the front "ram" I think is still good though. I think that it has been converted and need to check because the smaller belt that I put on was actually on the truck when I bought it. after doing the water pump and thermostat a couple weeks ago the belt wouldn't fit back on, I think because it was routed without the hp when I bought it and didn't notice.
