Default Plz help determine noise with MOV

I am having this noise which occurs when slowing down even without pressing brake. Anybody had similar experience? Please advise, thank you.

Is this noise only noticeable when moving? If so it's got to be either drive line, brakes or suspension related. I remove all the dust shields on my D2's so I don't have to worry about the dust shields getting bent, cracked, or something getting stuck in there grinding up against the rotor.

The noise comes when I release the gas and no brakes applied. The microphone was located just above the catalytic converter. Here is a clearer audio for reference. Thanks
