I purchased the replacement piston from British Atlantic. I removed the old piston easily, but the new one seems to be 1/4" too short at its current length. I tried pushing the piston in a bit but it won't budge. Any suggestions are appreciated.

 

You are going to need to really man handle it, it is new and it is going to be strong.

 

OK, thanks for the information. I need to figure out how I can get some leverage on it.
