I am going to test drive a 2000 Disco on Tuesday...
The three amigos is traction control, hill decent and ABS lights all being on at the same time.
Sounds like he had a estimate done and then has decided not to fix it but to sell it. The lights are off and if he didnt fix anything they could stay off for a day or a year. Just depends.
The air ride suspension is a problem when it gets old and a common fix is to replace the air bags with normal springs. Never have to worry about it again.
Go drive it. Slam on the brakes, does the ABS work? DO the 3 lights come on? Ask him about his trip to the dealer. How much does the dealer want to look it over and give you a health report?
You need to drive more than one before you buy anyway. Hell, you may hate the truck once you drive it. After all, Land Rovers are not for everyone.

...Rear air suspension fault...then said "but it has coils". She said they reset/ cleared codes and they went away. She also said that might be what caused the codes to show up. Could this be the case? ...

That just sounds freakin' strange to say the least. Is that really an acceptable diagnosis? It makes no sense and leaves more questions than before it came in to be checked out.
As for the 3 amigos, if nothing was done, then they probably will return. Maybe often, maybe not, and maybe they'll stay on. Depending on the cause, you may not have ABS or traction control enabled while the lights are on.
It's all relative to price, but then it's not hard to find a deal these days on a Rover that doesn't come with all those unresolved issues.
Should you keep looking? Probably. Like Spike said, you'll want to drive a few (for an hour or more) before making a decision.
