It depends on the seller. Some expect you to arrange some offer it and if I am not mistaken ebay had a link on the item page for quotes. In my case, the seller just hooked me up with the company he used to get it to him.

UShip is always an option but be prepared to be bombarded with calls and emails and NEVER assume the pricing you're being quoted is the lowest regardless of the lies the sales person will tell you about demand etc... LOL
