There you go. Seemed like a problem that would present itself with a blaze of metal chips.
The t-case is heavy, but it's not going to be a big deal if you've done one on a jeep (the parking brake is a pain, and the 10 MM crossmember bolts will likely strip, so have a torch and a drill plus some timeserts ready to go). There are a few wire harnesses on brackets on top of it (passenger's side downstream O2, t-case position switch, etc). They are a real pain to get at when the case is in, so unhook them when you get it part of the way down, and hook them up to the new one on the way back up.
