I can't see!!!!

Default I can't see!!!!
According to the light on the dash my high beams are on,but when I try and click them on or off nothing happens and my headlights are really dull.
Any ideas or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Start by having the battery and alternator tested.

Will a place like autozone do those tests?

Also check for a bad ground connection or cable.
