If not, or even if you have, use your multimeter to check continuity and resistance roundtrip to and from the sensor. According to the RAVE (p.877) resistance should be 950-1100 ohms. That's what the SLABS is looking for.
I mentioned above that I originally cut the wires, left pigtails (in photo) and soldered the new wire to the pigtails. To rule out the solder as a failure point, I removed the pigtails from the yellow connector and have directly connected the new wires, using new DuPont connectors that came with the new ABS wire, directly to the slabs connector.

Regardless, just drove around after the repair and still getting the same code.

Although, just noticed this... my ultra gauge just spits out a 1590 code, but the nanocom lists 1592.

1590/1592 are (almost always) derivatives of the ABS codes, not primary. Are you still getting the front right sensor code?

I am indeed. Just tested resistance at the new connection point. Looks OK... now what though? lol.

Interesting readings from the other three sensors:

FL: 1.137
RL: 1.111
RR: 1.103

LR says the range for an ABS sensor is 950-1100 ohms. The only one in-spec is the only one that Nanocom says is faulty.

What do these results say about the other sensors?

Interesting development... after exhausting seemingly every remedy related to this wheel, I decided to just check wheel bearing for slop... even though they're brand new. And lo-and-behold. The wheel bearing was super clunky and had a ton of play in all directions. What the heck? This things was brand new! For reference, it was this one from Lucky8 >>> https://lucky8llc.com/collections/di...ly-with-sensor

The left-hand side is also new and the same hub, and there's no slop. I reordered the same one hoping the one I got was a dud. What a pain though. Gosh. I've wasted SO much money on ABS sensors and even more time on troubleshooting. I hate this.

I know a lot of folks on here swear by the cheap wheel bearings but IMHO it’s best to get a brand name part for such a critical part. Timken is hands down the best but pricey. I ended up with Moog bearings as Timken where out of stock everywhere I looked. I know Moog’s quality is not was it used to be but they do have a 3 year warranty which is something. @Brandon318 i hope the new bearing fixes your issue.
