This kit includes the TTY ("stretch") bolts, which you do need. I don't see the upper intake gasket but you can often reuse that if your original one isn't damaged.
You'll also need to buy sundry materials like gasket sealant (and copper gasket coat, if you're sensible).

i do a lot of amazon. The upper intake gasket was not included, but i had just put a new one on recently. Anything else I have a caulk tube of Permatex Ultra grey i got at the hardware store. in the past i've never had much luck with gasket makers, not the case anymore. I actually have 0 leaks on my disco now( besides a powersteering pump im waitng on ) and i had a very difficult time getting my timing cover back off.
