Shocks that never wear out? I'm on my 4th set of shocks and second set of springs.

I guess if you never go off pavement or over a curb they might last but I tend to get about 50k out of them, no matter the brand or the cost.

They make a tool for those constant tension hose clamps, just google hose clamp pliers, about twenty bucks. Makes releasing them a breeze. And, if you live in a cold weather climate, those clamps are the best...since they compensate for temperature changes in the rubber hose...wormgear clamps don't.

I could be wrong, I have only had 12 and never had one with blown or leaking shocks, sagging springs. Jumped plenty of curbs, plenty off roading.

Never bought a Rover with good shocks.
