Default I think my Rover is mad at me

Well, I need some help and am looking for some advice or assistance in repairs. I have a 2000 Land Rover DiscoveryII 4.0 V8 Auto. I upgraded to Magnacor 8mm wires and while I was in there I replaced the valve cover gaskets, upstream O2 sensors and cleaned the IAC, with carb cleaner. I have been having an issue with rough idle that I have been battling for some time now. As I was driving home the check engine light started flashing, started running at about half power, and the catalytic converters were glowing red but thanks to my trusty ultra-gauge I know that it is showing these codes:
P0130: Oxygen sensor cycle fault Bank A, upstream
P0150: Oxygen sensor cycle fault Bank B, upstream
P0327: Background noise low fault Bank A
P1300: Catalyst damaging misfire multiple cylinders
P0303: Misfire cylinder 3
P0305: Misfire cylinder 5
P0307: Misfire cylinder 7
P0302: Misfire cylinder 2
P0308: Misfire cylinder 8
It also was not showing any long or short trim fuel to one of the banks and not showing any voltage to either of the upstream O2 sensors.
Not sure what to make of all this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Don't drive.
You'll burn out your cats.

Take the spark plug wires off.
Try a different set.

recheck everything:
are the o2 plugged in all the way,
are all you wires on and seated?
are they in the right firing order?

P1300
P0304
P0306
When I did that my fuel trim evened out all the way around but my bank 1 O2 sensors lost voltage.
I tried swapping the wires and got the same codes. I replaced the coil pack with a used one I had and got codes
P1300
P0303
P0304
P0307
When I did that my fuel trim on bank 1 dropped to 0.0 and my upstream O2 sensor on bank 1 jumped to 1.1 volts with all the others being around .4 volts.
Not sure what to make of all this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Try changing plugs too, yours are most likely fowled out and can't make a spark. Also, if your catalytic converters were glowing then they are already dead and creating extra back pressure.
