Here it is. Use a can of carb cleaner and spray it until it moves freely.

That's what I thought it was. Just spray her down with O2 safe carb cleaner?

You have to take it out of the truck, spray the living crap out of it and the hole it goes in, reasseble and drive it for a few miles.
