yea you right, the steel ones probably all come from the same place.

so do you use steels or alloys on new shafts?

I've not done this repair fortunately. And now I've got an LR3 and a diesel 90, so those are usually what I buy parts for these days.

ok, i don't know why I worry with quality, I figure other parts will give out on these old trucks long before any new shafts and rockers will.

thanks for your help though.

maybe abran will start a thread on his new rocker arms that are giving him troubles.
