hi.
i have 2 1995 discos, one i bought for a parts car but it's in to nice of shape to part out. so i need a parts car for my parts car lol. anyway i was thinking that if i found a cheap diesel parts disco from England and had it shipped it over here to Canada I could fix my parts cars up and convert my other disco to diesel .
has anybody imported discos or even defenders from England to canada (London Ontario area) 2 hrs from Toronto.
id like to find out the costs, the time it takes and the paper work involved
or web sites that have all the info needed

You will find it near impossible to import a diesel, especially if it is not at least 25 years old.
There are some Rover diesel engines list for sale, which one are you looking for?

i take it there's different import laws for Canada and the USA?
Where would i go to find out what i can and cant bring into canada as far as cars go?

15 years old for Canada, so a 1994 is as new as he can get.
