Indicators are flashing extremely rapidly all indicator lights are working, new rear bumper fitted, one fog light is out needs replaced, does anyone know what would be causing the indicators to flash so rapidly.

usually that means you have a bulb dead, or almost dead.

 

If all the lights are working then either you have a dirty socket, pinched wire or how about one of the side marker lights in front of the front doors?
