How did you do it, something is wrong, either the product used or the method of cleaning.

I used about 3/4 of a can of sea foam through a vacuum line and didn't get very much smoke, there was definitely some, but not as much as I've heard should come out. 95 DI 139000 miles. did I do it wrong too?

Default used the product in my original post

I believe i followed the directions i got from both you and and spike. which were:

start car - disconnect rubber hose from valve cover on passenger side - slowly add fuel system cleaner to this hose (on the side taht i removed from the valve cover, so that it is being sucked into the intake plenum) - started seing a bit of smoke towards the end of the bottle but not much. - shut down the car and waited for 30 mins. - then drover around on the autobahn for 30 mins.... not really anything coming out of the tailpipe. In fact I would say that I have seen less visible exhuast since then.... almost nothing ... weird....

I see that as a good sign, to me that means there was little to no carbon build up.
My truck does not smoke either when I do mine.
I have used the B-12 before, pretty good stuff.

Default god stuff

I think ill give the B-12 a try, maybe half the bottle as it seems to be pretty large.... if nothing with that then ill just assume it to be pretty clean ...

Default Color of the smoke?

What color should the smoke be when doing the induction cleaning? I did mine and it was pure white. Quite a bit - looked like I was doing a white smoke show and then it smoked white for a about a mile or two when I drove it. It would seem if it is removing carbon the smoke should be black. Did I do something wrong?

Thanks
