I did a quick search but didn't find anything definitive, apologies if this is an old one. Seems like it should be. What's the process for installing the A pillar covers? Do the metal clips go on the pillars first and then try to ram the covers into the grooves without breaking the plastic, or is is better (or even possible) to affix the clips to the plastic trim piece and then try to fit them up to the truck "pre-assembled"?

 

Mine came with the clips already on so I just pushed the on and the my snapped in place. I used this video.

 

Well that would certainly be a pretty clear indication that clips should be on the plastic first .
