Default Instrument Cluster Cowl

The cowl has come loose. I see the clips above the instrument cluster, but having no luck. Any subtle tricks to this?

If you lower the steering column all the way down you will see two screws that hold the cowl(or binnacle as it's called in England) in place, these may have come loose(or fallen out)

Actually, they had pulled through. I guess the flanges at the bottom of the holes broke out, because the heads of the original screws were smaller than the diameter of the holes. So I used, you guessed it, drywall screws. Hit the screw heads with a black sharpie, and got a pretty acceptable result. Thanks for the info Bkreutz.

I think most of these have drywall screws in there (mine does) I've also seen washers put under the screws. Seems the binnacle plastic is very thin in that location.
