Default Instrument Cluster Low Beam Problem

I have a strange problem with the low beam warning light in the dash and I'm hoping somebody can offer some advice how to investigate.
- Headlights are totally fine, but when switching on low beam, the warning light in the dash does not come on.
- The illumination is otherwise fine, switching to parking or low beam will illuminate the dash (so I'm thinking the stalk is fine as the position seems to register with the dash)
- activating high beam, the corresponding light does come on (all the replaceable bulbs are fine, but the low beam warning should be an LED on the circuit board directly anyways I think )

Has anyone ever experience anything like this ? I'm not sure what to investigate to be honest. Any guidance would really be appreciated. I'm on a TD5, MY 04.

Hmm, over here in US, they don't have a low beam indicator. That's interesting - I guess you are over in UK?

I don't see anything on any image of the instrument panel that indicates that there should be a warning light when the headlights are on low beam.

Thanks guys, mea culpa

After I finished replacing all the bulbs today I had this epiphany to check what the dash with all lights on should actually look like ... I guess my investigative work has now been confirmed by you both ;-) Sorry for wasting people's time, I hope it made somebody laugh at least I got confused with my D3 / LR3 which does have the Low Beam warning ... I was so convinced something was wrong, I didn't even think to check the manual or anything. On the upside I now have all working LEDs on both the instrument cluster as well as the AC control ! If it had taken another day before I realised, I might have ended up with new stalks and a new Dash too LOL (Yes, UK based)
