ok last week i felt and heard a vibration on my 2000 discovery, it was only around 3,000 rpm i thought it was my cat but tourned out it was water pump bearing giving out. so fand smacked the shroud i guess and chipped.

So i ordered a new fan and replaced water pump replaced them both started the car and saw bubbling from radiator looks like fan made a hole in it so ordered new radiator... HOW THE HELL DO YOU TAKE THIS THING OUT ?????.

I ALSO TRIED to take of intake manifold to do the wires and plugs but it would come of so i just bolted it back down would that harm or cause a leak from the gaskett? thanks for every ones help

 

I think you are talking about a D2. You don't need to remove the intake manifold to replace the plugs and wires on a D1 and the radiator is not difficult either. BTW, the engines in the D2s are crap too. Maybe you should dump it and come back when you get a D1. ;^)
