You might want to put an emergency repair backup in the truck, in case it breaks for some reason, on the road, in the middle of nowhere.

 

I have an inline 1.25 connector in my rear bin (have had it for years). I don’t see it breaking, but yep I’ve always been a boy scout. If it wouldn’t have fit in the OEM shroud = I wouldn’t have installed it as it would have just been exposed to anything.

All the pictures online of pyrex tubes on engines = no way they drive em far as the tube is connected from the radiator to the waterpump with just small couplings which IMHO would cause excessive vibration from the engine being transferred to the tube.

 

Has anyone been able to find 1-1/4 Pyrex tubing lately? I've looked everywhere with no luck. Ebay was a bust.

 

Yeah I tried to buy another one for a friend and the guy I bought it from didn't have them listed anymore. I did find another company with a similar product but it was over 100.00.
