Baffled with my 2004 D2 , when I open the doors the interior roof light above the centre console will work, but when I try to switch it on with the doors shut no light ?

as hell as the is not blown.

Any ideas & TIA.

 

Check the ground on the light.

 

Remove the whole module from the roof. Water leaking in from the font sunroof will flow over/collect in the light and corrode the contacts. Thats what happened to me, I cleaned it off and soldered in some new wires in place of the copper traces and it works now!
