Intermittent 3 Amigos
Always wanted a LR now I have (04 Disco II 58k) one. I have the three amigos every once in a while. They seem to occur when the weather is very warm 75+. IF i shut the engine off they go away. I have read a number of postings, and see a number of different answers. Do any of the experts know if high temps affect the 3 amigos?
Have not bought an ABS amigo yet. Does anyone know of an indie LR mech in lower Fairfield county CT or a forum memeber in the area who will rent theirs?

if it resets with the ignition i am 99% sure its the shuttle valve/modulator problem. If you throw a code from a wheel sensor, again I'm 99% sure you have to have your coded reset with a scan gauge. The fact it comes and goes makes it sound like a shuttle valve/modulator issues.
Now i had a the full set of problems when i purchased the Rover, A dry joint in the modulator, a failed shuttle valve and bad front wheel sensor, so i ended up doing all the fixes one after another... then the other front sensor went and i drove it for 7 months and just this week got around to replacing it.
Worth doing. love the no yellow lights look!
