Question Issues after cleaning MAF sensor

I was dealing with P0101 and sometimes P0505 codes, so I decided to clean the MAF sensor with Liqui Moly MAF cleaner. I also sprayed the the plug with contact cleaner but I forgot to disconnect the battery. BIG MISTAKE?
let every thing dry for 30 min plugged everything started it and it idled low 630rpm to 690rpm. revved it and I heard some backfires. checked my basic code reader and a punch of PENDING codes for misfire .
P0300 , P0303 , P0304 , P0306 , P0307
confirmed codes P0101 , P0103 , P1884 geuss my MAF sensor peaced out.
drove it around there is a noticeable loss of power, shut it off and turn it on again and it died, every time i turn it on i have to rev it for 5 10 seconds so it won't die (except when it cold since the engine will rev higher at start anyway). no more backfire after a long of drive on the highway power also seems improved. replaced the maf sensor with an old faulty one same issues . (didn't have low idle or engine dying when I was running the old maf before).
So I guess I ruined something else? any help would be appreciated.

Disconnect the MAF and drive the truck. You will likely have idle issues in this manner but the truck should drive fine as the MAF signal is ignored outside of idle.
