So last year my daughter brought back a white 02 that I gave her cuz she got a new truck. I parked it for 6 months. I was gonna sell it but decided no. She called and said she wanted the truck back cuz she was getting married. For the last week I have been driving it to make sure all was good. Goin down the road I get the thumbs up and guys at the gas station say " cool truck".

What puzzles me is that nobody ever noticed old silver. My 03 which I always drive. Wtf. Maybe white just looks better.

 

No way. Silver is way cooler than white. Adds a few HP too.

 

Buy a Defender...and park the two Dll's...and it will ramp up two-fold.




All joking aside...stopped four places the other day, with the 110, and each stop turned into a Defender discussion. Either explaining what it was, where it came from, what year or whatever. Fifth stop was the hardware store and as l was wondering around...l could hear a conversation starting at the cashier's counter...about the " old Land Rover over there". One of the guys was explaining to the group that these rovers exterior panels were made of wood, in Africa, completely. Yes, l stayed hidden until the group of four guys broke up and left...didn't want to dispute the guys beliefs...lol.

 

She looks a little different now.

 

I'd far rather have the white, and that's coming from someone with a black one that I like.

 

White is my favorite color too, only had one. My two keepers are gold, have had 3 silver ones. My colors so far:

1. One white
2. Three silver
3. Two Green
4. Two black
5. Two gold
6. One maroon
7. One Gray

I really like the Green, the black looks expensive, the maroon pops, the gray is a little unusual. Would love to get a blue or red one.
