For some reason they are expensive in ID... I've seen low mileage 04 Discos go for 11k here. They take awhile to sell, but eventually they sell.

Don't sell the RR, I regret selling mine and I am back in the market looking for a nice one. I would keep the Disco since it can be a great ride. I am driving my Disco now all the time and it is nice, but not quite as nice as the P38.

I owuld put a good oil pressure gauge in the 03' and drive the pants off of it.

I agree, I will miss my RR to pieces... It is more comfortable than the Disco and feels roomier, that and the view is better IMO... The dilemma really is which one to keep. The RR has almost 170k on the clock now, although strong, its starting to show its age. I'm not selling the Jag, I just did some major engine work to it, and the PO rebuilt the transmission only 20k miles ago. Plus it is VERY fun to drive and gets 20+mpg, I plan on repainting it too, and it won't be a cheap job either. I've always wanted an 03 or 04 Disco, and this one is pretty nice. I would keep all 3 cars but my mom would have a cow. I would end up storing one temporarily, but I don't know that it would be worth it.

I end up going back and fourth between the two... which one should stay that is. The Disco looks complicated as hell compared to the Gems RR engine. Hoses freaking everywhere, and weird looking boxes and cylinders with tubes. Granted it won't take too long for me to adapt, the simplicity of the Gems platform sure is nice. One major thing on the RR is the paint, it is showing signs that it will peel, and I have done everything to prevent it. I have a feeling it will peel within a few months, and idk if its really worth repainting. I'm one of those guys who can never make up his damn mind . I could store it at our cabin and then I'll have a car when I come up with them, but that will get complicated I know it... So the sad truth is one must go.
