OK Looks like your right and Im wrong but then I do live in the UK, and here the dont sell for a lot, you can pick them up for very little cash, just check out the UK Ebay site

 

I just had a total stranger walk up to me and ask me if I want to sell my Disco. He's roofing the neighbor's place and introduced himself, said he could pump up my tire if I wanted and then asked if I wanted to sell it

Of course I was a little taken back by the offer and forgot all about Covid-19 and he was standing 2 feet away from me. Now I feel like I have cooties. I was outside organizing the garage so I can get the old girl back in there to fix her up this summer. I asked him who was interested in purchasing it... he said a 'buddy' and then he said 'I don't know how much they're worth but he'd probably pay you $2 to $3k for it'. I thanked him for his offer and pointed to the compressor I just purchased for working around the house - sitting in the box. Told him that it was on my list of things to do.

I don't know if there's a price high enough to make me want to sell her. So far this month, I've lost my job, we had a flood at our store and our 18 year old cat passed away. Don't know if I could part with Bertha too. They're getting hard to find on Craigslist. None listed in our area right now.

 

Well I glad you never sold it!!, as for myself I have only own "My Girl " for 14 years, I was looking all over for a new one but decided to fix Her up Instead, OK I did not spend a fortune on Her £1000-1200, but I know every inch and I dont think I will part With Her
