finally got in my truck, I had to use a electricain fish tape real taped to a stick to reach through the crack on dr. side and grab the handle on passenger side twice to unlock, this only unlockked the passenger door and I got in and put my key in ignition and turned to second position for 5 min truck started no problem but doors would still not unlock. i had to grab each handle twicw to unlock CDL fuse 25 amp was blown, I repaced the fuse and tried to resync, still doors wont unlock or lock with CDL on dash or key FOB but at least it's open. not sure what to do next...Thanks Guys for all your help.

i know someone who never locks their disco. they said no one would ever be stupid enough to steal it anyways... im wondering if your key fob has become somehow re-programmed maybe an x-ray or scanner or magnet.

Fuse 1 (25 amp) blowing is headed thru the relay contacts of the IDM to the door lock motors. Driver door key is not making system work. Perhaps problem is a shorted cable from door to frame. You can try flexing the cable around, or unplug a cable under kick panel to isolate it. That same connector is involved with alarm and CDL. See attached.

maybe check for corrosion at the wiring harness in the foot well if the A pillar was leaking at some point maybe that was the problem.
