The key is not broken, the remote came off is all.

On a side note, your cruise not working is most likely a bad vacuum line, no biggy.
Engine knock on hard acceleration, are you using premium gas? Premium is required if you didnt already know.
The transmission temp sensor is bad, replace it (assuming the trans fluid is full and in good shape)
The seat not working is probably a bad seat switch.
