I recently got my keyless entry remote repaired and reprogrammed, the mechanic swapped out my non-working electronics for a used one he had laying around. Now everything works but the battery only lasts maybe 2 days. I've used new batteries from the store too, nothing laying around for years. Any ideas? The red light only comes on when you push a button (and when the battery is new) so its not like a button is stuck down or anything....
