Default Key Fob issues on 2003 Disco II

Up until two days ago the key fob for my 2003 disco was working just fine then all of the sudden it stopped and now I have to manually lock and unlock the doors. When the buttons on it are depressed the red light still comes on which makes me think the battery is fine.

Any ideas or suggestions? Is there a way to reprogram the fob?

Call Gord'n Perrott at Lamorna Garage 206-361-5766

I'm pretty sure he can help you out. Even if not, he's one of the "hot hands" with Rovers of all types up in your area.

Just because the light comes on does not mean there is enough juice for it to work.
Replace the battery.
