So I did an SLS to Coil conversion. Replaced all the parts myself. I got tired of the dash lights and took the car to the dealer to get the SLS system disabled in the computer. When I dropped the car off the keyless entry worked fine, when I picked up the car it did not. The batteries in both keys have been checked.

The dealer just called me to say that they cannot get the keys to reprogram. They claim that something completely unrelated to the work they did caused both keys to stop working and they want me to pay a diagnostic fee to troubleshoot the issue.

Advice? Has anyone out there had issues trying to program keys to a DII? I find it hard to believe that this problem is completely unrelated to them reprogramming my computer.
