keyless entry no go

I replaced the battery, still wont work, locks work from dash fine, does any one know the location of the receiver 1999 D2

Either your remote is bad or it needs to be re-synced to the truck.
Either way you are looking at a trip to the dealer.

Ditto, or at least to a shop that has an Auto Logic type scanner or the Test Book.
