Default Knock and grind coming from pulley?

There is a new sound coming from i think either my ac compressor pulley or power steering pump pulley. Very annoying but im sure its one of the cause as soon as i spray wd 40 at them, sound goes away but comes back in 15 mins. My other pulleys were replaced lately when i put the motor back in. Im thinking its one of the ones mentioned because they were sitting in a bucket for about a year. Anyone heard this knocking pulley noise?
Thx
Jack.

Take an extra long screw driver, or a broom handle, and hold one end to your ear and place the other on the suspect item. You will hear it much better. Or mechanic stethoscope. Drop off the serpantine belt and turn each by hand checking for roughness.

Remove the belt, spin the pulleys, you will feel the bad one.

Found it. Its the power steering pulley/ pump. Took the top of fan shroud off and just put a dab/2 drops oil right in the center around base and noise completely goes away. Where is the bearing? Can i press out, press in? Only reason i ask is pump itself is over 200 bucks, just spent 300 on radiator yesterday. :-( but atleast car is up and running again.
Thanks.
