$90 at Atlantic British is the one I bought last year. I use black skid tape on the top of the ladder steps and on the top of my tree bars/nerf bars on my sliders at my door entrances. It seems to work well, and some of the guys I ride with use it as well, and no complaints. Just make sure the surface is clear and dry. Cut to fit on the ladder rungs.

I picked up this kit from HF. Think it was about $10 with a coupon.

45 Piece Threaded Insert Riveter Kit

Placed the ladder, marked the holes, drilled, put a thin coat of silicone around the inserts before installing.

I used the same HF rivnut kit, and 1/4" ss machine screws
