Default Land Rover 2003 Discovery 2 Window Popped

This morning I rolled all the windows down as I was driving my kids to camp. Then it started raining (clear skies, that's South Florida for you.) I rolled up all the windows and the passenger window lets off this lour POP! and the entire window fell into the window slot. Now I can't get the window up or down. If you know anything about this please let me know what you think, or what to do. I have an auto shop that thinks they know what's wrong. But I swear every week there is something new with this truck! Frustrated.

It's jumped off the track. You have broken parts in there.

It's not rocket science, but it is a miserable job where you're going to get your hands cut up reaching around door parts. Any competent body man ought to be able to fix it. Nothing about it is unique to Rovers, even the crappy plastic parts that really should have been metal.

Thanks Daryl. I just hope my guy can fix it and it won't cost an arm and leg.
