I checked all the fuses in the engine and passenger compartment with a multimeter, I also checked all the relays using a power probe and multimeter but they all check out fine, I`m at a total loss what the problem could be, Anyone any ideas ? Thanks

 

I went through the same thing, everything checked out like yours, turns out it was the windshield heating elements are broken. Fix is replace the windshield.
