This reminds me... I've got a cover, bulb covers and rubber seal from Pull-a-Part in Atlanta ($12 paid?) that I've been wanting to install for the past 3 years. I remember it was a real PITA to get inside the rear door and remove it from the scrapped Disco 2. I really hate to go back down that same PITA install route so hopefully someone can chime in on a better process.
Since then I added black flex seal tape down the center of the cover over the cracked area to keep water out. It's worked great but now it's looking tattered after 3+ years..

 

I was up on the roof doing some detailing, when coming down my foot slipped hitting the handle cover.
