Default Leak in the roof

Wondering has any one had any problems with this? when it rains heavy i get a build up of water over the post above the drivers door!! Now I'm in the process of getting the roof trim off but im missing one of the screw driver heads to complete the job!!

I have a sneaking suspession that the problem is coming from where the roof rail is attached and im wondering would a little bathroom silicom or something like that fix it up!!

It could be from that source, but it is most likely a result of the sunroof drains having come partially disconnected. Symptom is wet "A" posts after a rain or a car wash trip. Do a search in this forum for previous posts, as this problem surfaces somewhat often.
