Lift problems

I just finished installing a 2" OME heavy springs lift on my 96 Disco and it came out very uneven. Prior to lift both rear and front were the same height. POst lift the back driver side is almost an inch lower than passenger rear. The front driver is lower, but I assuming that is from the sagging back. Driving and just looking at it you can see that it is very uneven.
I installed the right springs and I can not see any problems with the installation unless the back driver was upside down.
Could the spring be installed upside down or are both ends the same??
Only other ideas is a bad spring.
Can anyone help on this one??

I haven't done it myself, but I've read that the passenger and drivers side springs are different heights. Maybe you got them mixed up?
Expedition Exchange ships theirs matched, info somewhere here:

I did not measure the difference. Sat them next to each other and noticed the height difference. That is when I called British Pacific to find out what goes where. Nothing in the box to tell you and no directions whatsoever. These OME springs may be the best for our trucks, but the customer service is seriously lacking. How can you make two different sizes and not tell the customer what goes on each size.
Also, I have medium duty instead of heavy duty, so my measurement would not be a good comparison. I would just go A and B on the correct side, then fix the rears and see how it looks/drives. Who did you buy them from?
The rear springs don't necessarily have an up and down side. They say tighter coil goes up, but on mine they were identical top and bottom, when measured with a caliper. The front has a definite top and bottom. The side that has a flat bottom goes up. The round bottom goes down and there is a cut out to locate it in the perch properly.
