My guess for max lift with factory brake lines is about 3". Upgraded stainless brake lines arefairlycheap incomparison to the mod's you're planning,so i'dplan on that in the budget. As far asto how big u should go, just remember in almost every case, any increaseintire height and/or lift is going to take away from the on road handling and ride ofany truck.

What are you wanting to do with your truck? Remember the bigger the tire the greater the MPG loss. In the case of a 265/75/16, you will loose close to 2 MPG in town with that up grade.

Nothing to crazy, would 245/75/16 work well without loosing to much mpg?

dose the OME shock & spring kit(Vhttp://www.roverparts.com/Parts/9393HD2.cfm) increase the ride hight?

You can use a 245/75/16 without a lift and not too much of a change in gas mileage.
If you decide to go for a lift, shout and I'll get you in touch with one of the best spots on line to save a few bucks.
