Hi spike. Should i worry if it is still making the lifter knock? Or will it take some time to go away?

I put in the mystery oil, and a 15-40 oil with a good WIX filter about 350 miles ago. Performance seems good, i just hate the sound.

I did see the shell rotella oil, but i noticed it was synthetic? Do they make a conventional type? I have always heard different opinions on switching to synthetic or visa verse.
