I did a CDL linkage in my ‘00 (kinda the opposite of what the OP is doing). The hilarious part? After a huge amount of research, there is zero wiring to do; the friggin light just came on the dash. I did remove the silly health and safety plunger of the ‘04 linkage I put in.
