It started with the drivers door and now the rear has the same problem. The doors will lock via the remote, the lock button inside or when we reach 5/10 mph, however, they will not unlock unless you use the key or pull the handle from inside. Any ideas?

You need new door lock actuators. The electic motors are bad, very common.

or your clock springs are breaking, one by one.

If you try to unlock while holding the lock down, does it lift and fall right back down?

 

No, nothing happens when I unlock, you can hear the motor, it sounds like it's lifting, but nothing.
