Just changed plugs and wires, its not too bad you need a few things, and coolant is easy, undo big hose at the bottom of radiator and let it drain and then put new in. Plug wires, you have to take off the upper intake manifold, do you have SAI? Let me know if you need more details.

Thanks for the information. The reason I am asking about coolant flushing is because when I drained from the bottom hose it only took about a gallon and a half to refill. Shouldn't it be more like 3 gallons? My concern is that I have been mixing differnt brands of coolant and once had to use tap water after a road side repair of blown hose. I feel like I need to get it all out and start over with a good 50/50 mix.

I probally need a mechanic on the wires. I am located about 100 miles from Atlanta GA. and 50 miles from Greenville S.C. Those are the nearest dealers. Does anyone have experience with a shop in those areas.

Thanks for all your help.

The plugs and wires are not difficult. You should be able to knock them out yourself.
