Looking at buying a 2000 or 2001 with HG problem cause it is cheap that way
Personally I'd never buy a Rover that I KNEW had HG failure when I bought it. You have to wonder how long it has been like that, and how many(if any) it's been driven while overheated. Not all blocks can be saved.
