looking for info on 2001 disco se 7 heated seats

heated seats wont turn on just stoped can not find fuse for seat under dash or under seat please help oh and spekers in back not working i was told it has an amp somewhere back there

20 amp fuse in the fuse block under the steering column, my 99 D2 has it in the #15 spot.
